THE CRITICAL WINDOW

▶Keep wrap/bandage on 2–4 hours or as Cali instructed
▶Wash gently with lukewarm water and unscented antibacterial soap
▶Pat dry with a clean paper towel — never rub
▶Apply thin layer of unscented lotion (Lubriderm, Aveeno, or Hustle Butter)
▶Let it breathe — do not rewrap unless told to

THE HEALING STRETCH

▶Wash gently 2–3× daily with unscented soap
▶Moisturize after each wash with a thin layer of lotion
▶Some redness, swelling, and oozing is normal — don't panic
▶Wear loose, breathable clothing over the tattoo
▶Peeling will start — do NOT pick or scratch

THE SETTLING PHASE

▶Keep moisturizing daily even after peeling stops
